Touch Your Own Presence

Remember Who You Truly Are

Living in the moment, rooted in where our story started.

In the busyness of everyday life, we can easily become absorbed in the voice of the mind and lose touch with what our body is quietly telling us.

This workshop is an invitation to shift from the busy mind into the body through breath-work and aerobic movement, gradually becoming more aware of the subtle sensations within.

Through art, we create space to reconnect with our own presence.

There is no right or wrong.
No need to create something “good” or “beautiful.”

Instead, we listen to what the body is feeling in this moment.

The colors, movements, lines, and sensations that emerge become a way of remembering the infinite space within us — and the feeling of returning to who we truly are.

The intention is not for this feeling to exist only within the workshop.

It is about bringing that sense of spaciousness and connection into everyday life — allowing it to become a new foundation from which to experience reality.

Connecting body and awareness,
returning to the place where everything begins,
and experiencing, enjoying, and fully feeling this life through the body.

This is a space to remember that feeling.
